Julius Plus Terms of Use
Julius Plus provides a personalized subscription service that allows its subscribers to access entertainment content ("Julius Plus Content") via the Internet through certain Internet-enabled televisions, computers, and other devices ("Julius Plus Compatible Devices").
These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. In these Terms of Use, "Julius Plus Service", "our Service" or "the Service" means the personalized digital content service provided by Julius Plus for you to choose and access Julius Plus Content, including all related features and functionality, recommendations and reviews, websites and user interfaces, and all content and software associated with our service. References to "you" in these Terms of Use mean the subscriber who created the Julius Plus account and whose payment method is charged for the subscription fee.
Subscription
1. Your Julius Plus subscription will continue until cancelled. In order to use the Julius Plus service, you must have access to the Internet and a Julius Plus-compatible device, and you must provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, and accepted payment method that may be updated from time to time and may include payments for your account through a third party. Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the applicable billing date, you authorize us to charge your next billing cycle’s subscription fee to your chosen Payment Method (see “Cancellation” below).
1.2. We offer a variety of subscription plans, including subscriptions offered by third parties in addition to our own products and services. Some subscription plans may have different terms and limitations that will be disclosed to you at the time of registration or through other methods of communication made available to you. You can find specific information about your Julius Plus subscription by visiting JuliusPlus.com and clicking on the “Account” link located at the top of the pages under your profile name.
Promotional Offers. From time to time, we may offer special plans, subscriptions, or promotional offers (“Offers”). Julius Plus determines eligibility for Offers in its sole discretion, and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer and suspend your account if we determine that you are no longer eligible for the Offer. Household members who have an existing or recent Julius Plus subscription may not be eligible for certain initial Offers. We may use information such as your Device ID, Payment Method, or an email address used with an existing or recently activated Julius Plus subscription to determine eligibility for the Offer. Eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be made known to you when you sign up for the Offer or through other methods of communication made available to you.
Billing and Cancellation
1. Billing Cycle. Your Julius Plus subscription fee will be charged to your Payment Method on the payment date indicated on your “Account” page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription you choose when you sign up for the service. In some cases, your payment date may change, such as if your Payment Method was not successfully charged, if you changed your subscription plan, or if your paid subscription began on a day that is not in a given month. To see your next payment date, visit your account within Julius Plus.com and click "My Plan" on the "Account" page. If you signed up for Julius Plus using your third-party account as your Payment Method, you can find your Julius Plus subscription billing information by logging into your third-party account.
3.2. Payment Methods. You must provide one or more Payment Methods to use the Julius Plus service. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account if your primary Payment Method is declined or cannot be used to pay for your subscription. You will be responsible for any outstanding amounts. If a charge fails due to expiration of the Payment Method, insufficient funds, or any other reason, and you have not terminated your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as international transaction fees or other fees associated with processing your Payment Method. Local tax fees charged may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Please check with the service provider associated with your Payment Method for more details.
3.3. Updating Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods on the "Account" page. We may update your Payment Methods based on data we receive from our payment providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue charging your available Payment Method(s).
3.4. Cancellation. You may cancel your Julius Plus subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Julius Plus service until the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods or unused Julius Plus content. To cancel your subscription, visit your "Account" page and follow the cancellation instructions. If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. To verify the date your account will close, click "Billing Information" on the "Account" page. If you signed up for Julius Plus using your account with a third party as your Payment Method and wish to cancel your Julius Plus subscription, you may need to cancel your subscription through that third party, such as by going to your account settings with that third party and turning off auto-renewal or canceling your Julius Plus service through that third party.
3.5. Price and Subscription Plan Changes. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price or subscription plan changes will be effective no earlier than 30 days after we notify you of such changes. If you do not wish to accept the price or subscription plan change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Miscellaneous
1. Unsolicited Materials. Julius Plus does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for Julius Plus content and is not responsible for the similarity of any of its content or programs in any media to materials or ideas transmitted to Julius Plus.
6.2. Customer Service. For more information about our service and its features, or if you need assistance with your account, please visit the Julius Plus Help Center, accessible via JuliusPlus.com.
In some cases, Customer Service may be able to assist you better by using a remote access support tool, through which we will have full access to your computer. If you do not wish to grant us such access, please do not consent to remote access support and we will assist you by other means.
6.3. Severability. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected, which shall remain in full force and effect.
6.4. Changes to Terms of Use. Julius Plus may change these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days before such changes apply to you. If you do not wish to accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they become effective.
6.5. Electronic Communications. We will send you information related to your account (e.g., payment authorizations, invoices, changes to your password or Payment Method, confirmation messages, notifications) only in electronic form, such as by email to the email address you provided to us when you registered.
